In-Store Displays and Signage for Skechers that POPS!

Often times, the word “printing” only brings up concepts of a jammed Xerox machine, or better yet, just a brochure.  While, we print our fair share of brochures and booklets, we love stretching our muscles a bit using the full range of our Large Format capabilities to build out some fun, 3-dimensional elements such as these recent in-store product displays for our friends and partners at Skechers.

Pickleball is the strongest new fad to sweep the country in years.  Did you know that Skechers is the official footwear of the US Open Pickleball Championships? Skechers’ official pickle ball court shoes are a hot item, and we got to help print and deliver pickle ball court displays to help them really POP!  The display was constructed from corrugated cardboard, clear acrylic, and foam board with unique printing executed in hi resolution using our large format latex printer.  To ease with delivery, all items were created and shipped flat for easy in-store assembly.

Skechers’ recent shoe, the UNO, is all about turning heads with a bright statement.  This unique and large display carries that theme well in a very colorful and creative way. We used white ink and printed directly to clear acrylic, the acrylic was then cut to shape. The feet were cut out of the scraps from the acrylic to minimize waste and increase efficiency of materials. The letters were constructed out of layered 0.75″ thick foam board.  The letters were adhered together until a total thickness of 5” was reached.
