Dynamic Packaging (on a tiny scale)

Packaging is one of our quiet, but busy, areas of production.  As most clients think of us as “a printer,” they rarely think of packaging.  In addition to larger pieces, this is one we love, because of how TINY these boxes are.

Dermaflash makes amazing products, and these particular skincare options are no different.  Our favorite part of this project was the scale.  These 5ML beauty products are packaged in minimal ways, and the box, approximately 1/2 inch wide, are a perfect way to make sure we stretch our skillset to meet tiny demands.

Printing, scoring, and cutting, glueing at this scale adds some challenges related to reliability and quality over a long run.  Our team rose to the challenge, and we love showing off our ability to deliver.

Masoud Nikravan

Masoud was born in Iran to a German mother and Iranian father. He began his career as a commercial airline pilot during the glamorous “Catch Me If You Can” days of the airline industry. After moving to the United States, he learned about printing from the ground up by taking an entry level job at a small mom and pop print shop and learning how to do every position. Since then, he started his own company and has grown it so that he can provide clients a full array of printing services including wide format, offset, digital, die cutting, etc.
