Classic Litho & Design In August of 2011 Classic Litho & Design of Torrance, CA was awarded a 2011 Premier Print Award, for outstanding achievement. The graphic arts industry’s largest and most prestigious worldwide printing competition, hosted by Printing Industries of America, the Premier Print Awards recognizes those responsible for the creation and production of outstanding print communications. Classic Litho & Design won a Certificate of Merit in three categories:

• Small Brochures and Broadsides for their entry Southern California Gas HR Brochure
• Booklets for their entry La Plaza Gala Booklet
• Print/Graphic Arts Self-promotion for their entry Classic Litho Holiday Promo

Having examined thousands of entries from printing and graphic arts firms around the world, the judges bestowed upon Classic Litho & Design the award which honors technical excellence in this category of the competition. “It’s an honor to be recognized by the industry as a company that produces top quality, award winning materials.” said Darioush Nikravan, Director of Marketing.

Michael Makin, president and CEO of Printing Industries of America, notes, “Each year, the field of entries brings impressive work from some of the best printers in the world. Only a small number of companies receive any award. Classic Litho & Design Awarded
the "Benny" in International Print Competition
In October of 2010,Classic Litho & Design of Torrance, CA was awarded a Benny, the highest honor in the 2010 Premier Print Awards, for their entry Bahia De Los Suenos.

The Premier Print Awards, the graphic arts industry’s largest and most prestigious worldwide printing competition, recognizes outstanding achievement in print production. Classic Litho & Design received their ìBennyî for Service Catalogs.

The Premier Print Awards are the printing industry’s oldest and largest worldwide graphic arts competition, hosted by Printing Industries of America. In its 61st year, the annual contest recognizes those responsible for the creation and production of superior print communications. The event promotes excellence in print communications and rewards companies and individuals who produce the very best in print media.

This year, more than 3,200 entries were received from printing and graphic arts firms from around the world, and judges awarded the Benny to the top entry in each category. ìIt’s an honor to be recognized by the industry as a company that produces award-winning print.î said Masoud Nikravan.

Michael Makin, president and CEO of Printing industries of America, agrees. ìThe Benny winners represent the best our industry has to offer. This year’s entries were outstanding. There were entries from companies in 14 countries. Despite the fierce competition, Classic Litho & Design, through hard work and dedicated craftsmanship, produced a piece worthy of the Benny.

Classic Litho & Design received their Benny at The Premier Print Awards Gala, which honors all the companies that had the top award conferred upon them. The 2010 Gala was at the Chicago Marriott Downtown, Magnificent Mile, Chicago, IL.

This Online proofing system allows our customers the convenience of “soft proofing” online. This simple Web-based interface (no special software required) lets you easily view your jobs and directly input comments, corrections, or approvals. And, with a plug-in and the right equipment, InSite also permits the possibility of online color-matching and correction.
